I’m a coach, curriculum developer and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience. I help professionals who want to make a difference become more influential so that they can have a deeper impact on their teams, their customers and their families.
I was a member of the leadership development team at the University of Farmers, number one corporate university in the world in 2011 according to Training Magazine. Prior to joining Farmers, I learned the ropes as an instructional designer at J.D. Power and Associates, developing curriculum for dozens of automotive and non-automotive clients while working on some of the more profitable accounts in the company.
